small bathroom air conditioning issue
The location was good the staff were friendly.
The bathroom was small the shower temperature fluctuated a lot during showers. The air conditioning did not work properly during my entire stay so the room was too warm at night. There was also considerable noise from furniture being moved at night making it hard to sleep well.

The location was central! and very close to everything. The room featured air conditioning and blackout blinds, effective at blocking out light and noise.

excellent stay
helpful staff fresh towels perfect location
i found the staff to be very polite and helpful. the hotel room was cleaned daily and i appreciated the fresh towels. i also thought the location was perfect for exploring the area , near many attractions and public transportation options.
during my stay , i noticed there was only one coffee machine for the dining room. this created a bit of a queue during breakfast , and i wished there were more machines available.

helpful receptionist rooftop swimming pool very nice decor
The receptionist was helpful when i needed assistance. I appreciated her attentiveness. the rooftop swimming pool was a highlight. I also found the decor to be particularly very nice.

a blissful escape
rooftop pool fine views friendly staff
the rooftop pool was a dream, providing fine views and comfy loungers. the location was unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of the action. i found the reception staff friendly and check-in was simple. i appreciate the complimentary tea making equipment and the mini fridge.
the noise did bother me, as the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear sounds from neighboring rooms, impacting my sleep. a deeper soundproofing could enhance the peacefulness of the stay.
