ample space perfect cleanliness tasteful decor
The room offered ample space and perfect cleanliness. I admired the tasteful decor, including the lovely patio. The proximity to a station enabled effortless navigation across the city.
The process of obtaining a refund of my deposit required multiple messages. It also took over a week. This proved inconvenient.

excellent stay
helpful staff good customer service clean room
i found the reception staff very helpful and provided good customer service. the room was very clean and the bed was nice. i also liked the free water bottle refills, very CONVENIENT.
the air ventilation system was not working properly , and it provided no real cooling or fresh air.

faulty heating inoperable deadbolt
The staff was helpful, quickly providing a new hairdryer when ours stopped working.
The heating and ventilation control unit did not work. The windows could not be opened, which resulted in a terrible night because the room was too hot. I could not deadbolt the ingress door from inside, so I jammed the door with chairs.

the room provided ample space , with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. i appreciated the modern building and the efficient service i received from the front desk. a bus stop conveniently located nearby made getting around easy. the room had everything i needed.

spacious room clean room convenient location really good staff
The room was very spacious and clean. it featured a lovely decor and a nice patio! the tube station was a short walk away, so getting around was easy. the staff were great. They let us check in early and check out late when someone in my group wasn't feeling well, and i really appreciated it.
