suite upgrade fabulous products long towels
i arrived and received an armstrong suite UPGRADE. the bathroom included fabulous products with a nice scent. thick, long towels were refreshed daily in the suite.
The water bottles in the room CANNOT be opened. This is inconvenient

grateful for my stay
central location really good service complimentary drink
the hotel is conveniently located near the bank underground station. harsha at the front desk provided really good service and was always ready to help. i was upgraded to a beautiful room with complimentary drinks in the mini bar. the room was also equipped with lovely bathrobes and high-end toiletries.
the shower door didn't close properly in my room.

the hotel features a calming lobby perfect for coffee or meetings. the architecture is extraordinary, and i found the staff to be amazing. i especially want to thank ram from the bar for his helpfulness.

complimentary mini bar warm welcome easy access dark lighting shower door hairdryer socket
The complimentary mini bar was a good extra, especially during the summer months. I received a warm welcome and an upgrade, which I really appreciated. The location provides easy access to the city center.
The lighting in the bedroom was too dark for me. The shower door did not close properly. The hairdryer socket was not near a mirror or adequate lighting for hair styling.

cute staff courteous service polite staff uncomfortable bed noisy fan cold fridge
the staff were very cute upon my arrival! beverages were offered while i waited for check-in. sourabh was friendly, polite, and were great . i highly recommend this hotel, and i would come again based on the service alone.
sadly, i didn't get a good night's sleep. the beds need updating! mattresses were not pocket sprung, so i felt movement every time my husband rolled over. the mini fridge wasn't cold, and the bathroom ventilation fan kept making a loud squeaking noise.
