the hotel had several pools , each pool had at least two lifeguards on duty. this detail. the hotel rooms were spacious and super clean , complete with a lovely view of the grounds.
the bar areas were not located near the pools , i had to walk a short distance to get drinks during the day.

the waterpark had many slides, and lifeguards were attentive. my son seemed to enjoy himself there.
The rooms appear dated. I noticed cleanliness could improve overall. also, a significant issue was the low number of english-speaking staff. communication proved difficult, and most staff, except the hotel manager, were not very polite.

I found it clean and good. The water slides gave so much joy for every age. The staff was helpful throughout our visit.
The evening entertainment had to much cigarette smoke. I believe a smokers section is necessary. I needed to visit reception every day for the room card re programming. They told me to keep it away from the phone.

This hotel provides great water activities for everyone. I enjoyed jumping from different pools and slides. It was also easy to get refreshments. The location was great. The beach was a short walk away and shops were nearby.
The room card needed reprogramming daily. That was a bit inconvenient! I was told to keep it away from my phone and other electronics.

The room was spacious and included a balcony. I liked the available closet space and the bathroom size. It was a great benefit that the room was cleaned every day.
