limited menu expensive package
the grounds was immaculately kept with lots of colourful flowers. this is rare to see in egypt.
the full board package cost a premium. the hotel detailed the cost of full board and the a la carte menus. the reality is that when you actually got to order in the restaurant, the advertised a la carte menu was withdrawn and i was offered a slimmed down menu with a couple of the basic cheaper items. this limited you to a very small selection of the cheaper food.

immaculate grounds buggy service slow refill unhelpful employee
The grounds were immaculately kept. A buggy service made it easy to get around the restaurants and private beaches. The beach staff provided refreshing water and regularly cleaned glasses. The rooms were beautifully appointed and kept very clean.
Check-in took considerable time. I had to open windows to ventilate the room. The refill for the buffet was slow. One employee was unhelpful when I asked for bread.

The architecture of the hotel was well-considered. I also appreciated the kindness of the staff, especially Mr Karim in Management. (Their names really made an impression!).

king room separate sinks diverse cuisines
i stayed in a premier king room island view. the room had two separate sinks. i used the rainfall shower each day. the hotel had various restaurants and cuisines were diverse.
the gym equipment was a bit old.
