relaxing beachfriendly staffflawed system
The resort had good pools around the hotel. the beach front was relaxing. I liked it a lot! the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially thank beshoy from the beach bar for his attentiveness.
it seemed like a flawed system. I found it frustrating. the wifi connection throughout the resort was also not very good!

I found the staff friendly. The all-inclusive package included many dining options, and every meal was a delight. The service was flawless. The hotel has lush gardens, fine pools, and a pristine private beach.

The room was very spacious and cleaning was really good. several pools were around the hotel. It was nice. there was a lovely terrace bar and it had a great sea view.
the all inclusive drinks are not the best quality.

i am grateful for the very good service. the hotel grounds were excellently maintained. our room was super clean and cleaned daily. the food variety was good, especially the grilled meats. i appreciate the lifeguards who looked out for everyone with a smile and ensured our safety at all times.
the wifi was a little spotty in some areas of the resort. it was a minor inconvenience. i could not always make reservations easily.
