amazing stay!
superb locationfriendly staffawkward bathroom
The location was superb! it was just a short walk to both rialto bridge and san marco square. the staff were friendly and helpful, arranged transportation from the airport. i also loved the hotel decor. It really suited its place in the city's history!
The bathroom setup was a bit awkward. It seemed more designed for disabled use and it wasn't the most romantic. water sprayed everywhere during showers, flooding the floor. the breakfast felt slightly underwhelming, and lacked clear direction, uncomfortable.

the hotel is close to rialto bridge and st marks square, it is still a bit off the beaten track. i loved how the gondolas pass right by the hotel, it's beautiful. several shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

i appreciated the hotel's central location. st mark's square and rialto bridge were easily accessible. the junior suite i stayed in was very spacious. it had beautiful decor and super comfortable beds, though the shower could use some updating.

the hotel offers nice sitting areas and a personal port. this port is available to take a private water taxi. it certainly enhanced the elegance of the place, though, i would have liked a better gym.

the breakfast was amazing. it had a great selection of hot items, pastries, breads, cereals, and fresh fruits. i highly recommend purchasing the breakfast as part of your accommodation package! though the coffee was not lovely.
