Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
screeching noise cooling system
The hotel staff were friendly and provided a cute atmosphere.
The room's heating and cooling system emitted a high-pitched screeching noise. I had to manually switch it off whenever I was in the room. It was quite disruptive.

grand canal mixed breakfast selection friendly staff
The hotel is right on the grand canal. I enjoyed opening the windows and watching all the boats. the breakfast selection was mixed and very good. The coffee was delicious. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
some areas felt small, like the elevator, or the access to our room!

the breakfast buffet offers a varied selection with many choices and fresh items. the hotel has a bar, that offers amazing service. the breakfast area is clean and well-organized, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with fresh linens. the bathroom was surprisingly large. i had a nice view from my window and the view of the canal was an extra bonus. rooms were updated daily.

the staff were helpful, gracious, and polite. the hotel was fast to get back to me with instructions after i contacted them about a left item. they organised our airport transfer via private car and boat, a smooth way to arrive.

rialto bridge canal views supportive staff breakfast options
The location was superb. A brief walk put me right at the rialto bridge. canal views enhanced the experience. the staff were supportive and readily available, it was reassuring. breakfast provided many options, which i found very satisfying.
the elevator felt a little cramped, it was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is steps away from rialto bridge, a main attraction. nearby eateries, together with the canal views, increased its appeal. it was also easy to reach from vaporetto stops, it was helpful.

vegetarian options quiet place
The breakfast included vegetarian options. That was very nice. The location is near Rialto Bridge. Other places are only a short walk. Entire team at receptions were very nice. Restaurants are nearby, providing quiet privacy.
The elevator felt a little uncomfortable.
