the restaurant had great views. i could see the city while i ate breakfast. the location was central and made getting around easy. it was near a lot of attractions.
the reception staff wasn't as helpful as i hoped. it was upsetting because someone said it would be done. also the rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly and i noticed dust.

The location was excellent, very close to the main attractions and tram. the street was quiet. I forgot where i was. breakfast was a la carte with endless choices. the view from the breakfast room was fine.
Check-in was a hassle. I waited a long time. i requested a cake for my mom's birthday but it was not fulfilled. the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly and were dusty.
