the staff was polite and helpful. the breakfast had a good spread with varied options. the metro and tram services were nearby. there were also nice coffee shops and food outlets spread around the neighborhood, made exploring easy!

i found the street in front of the hotel was broken. it made car parking difficult.

the gym had modern equipment, with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i also observed the spa area to include a sauna, a steam room, and a relaxation zone with comfortable loungers.

I was thrilled with the well-equipped gym. It had everything i needed! the spa was amazing. it featured turkish hammams, saunas, a nice swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. i found the staff very helpful and friendly, they gave a free airport transfer!

the room faced the roadside, i noticed the noise insulation wasn't great. i hoped for better soundproofing to ensure a quieter and more restful stay.

the hotel has an excellent location near the emniyet, fatih metro station. i found many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area, so it was convenient.

The hotel provides cute treats like special cookies upon arrival. I thought this was a nice touch. yusuf at the reception was especially caring, everything was great from check-in to departure. the rooms included a fruit platter.
