outdated decor unreliable streaming
The room decor felt quite outdated. It also lacked proper daylight because of the window position. The television did not have a functional antenna connection, so streaming was the only option, but this was unreliable.

cozy balcony excellent location rooftop restaurant
The room had a cozy balcony with a window view of the Blue Mosque. The location allows walking distance to major attractions. The rooftop restaurant had outdoor views of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus Strait.
The rooftop deck has become an Instagram spot, with day visitors crowding the area. Seagulls circle endlessly, dive bombing guests, a very unnerving experience.

The hotel is a short walk from the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern complex. Many dining and shopping choices are near the hotel. The area safe area, too.

The hotel has a restaurant on the 5th floor that features a rooftop seating area. The mosques looked amazing at night all lit up. Prices are rather high though, and can get crowded easily.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . Cleaning personnel was efficient and prompt, I appreciated it. The front desk manager was also very helpful, recommending a local tour guide.
