fantastic stay!
tram station helpful staff clean hotel
The hotel is close to the universiti tram station and the grand bazaar is just one stop away! the blue mosque is also only 5 minutes away using the tram. the underground m2 is very accessible and a short walk away. It leads to taksim square! the staff was super helpful and the hotel was sparkling clean.
the roadworks outside caused a bit of noise late at night.

The hotel features a lovely spa with traditional turkish baths, saunas, and steam rooms. I found the treatments to be quite rejuvenating! there is convenient access to public transport right outside.

The breakfast buffet offers many options and variety. I enjoyed the fresh bread. the restaurant also prepares special lunch packages going on trips and excursions! the staff is attentive and provides excellent service.

Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome and tasty cookies. I decided to experience the spa and booked a 60-minute massage. The team was professional and friendly. I really appreciate the care taken by the staff .
The breakfast cost seemed somewhat high relative to the limited variety available.

The location was excellent as it allowed easy access to many attractions. i found the staff cute and helpful during my entire stay. i had a positive experience with the in-room dining service available 24/7. It was a unique offering. the rooftop restaurant impressed me with its great city views.
I found the hotel area not the safest at night. There were many beggars. i encountered people aggressively selling counterfeit goods, and i walked back only once.

excellent location easy access helpful staff
the hotel's location is excellent with the tram station right outside. it provides easy access to major attractions like the grand bazaar and the blue mosque. the staff was helpful and polite making the stay pleasant. the rooms were clean and well kept, with decent toiletries provided.
i found the food prices significantly higher compared to other hotels of similar quality in the area. this made dining at the hotel less appealing despite the convenience.

The tram station was located right outside the hotel. This made getting around very easy.
The room was not properly prepared. i also saw some brown marks in the shower area that housekeeping had missed. the noise from an adjacent room was excessive late at night

the location is fine since a tram station is nearby.

i am grateful for the kind treatment from the staff. gonca at the front desk provided helpful recommendations. efe at the bar made excellent cocktails. the location is close to several attractions such as the grand bazaar.
