The housekeeping staff were well organized and maintained a high level of cleanliness. All staff members throughout the hotel provided really good service, and the reception team offered a very warm welcome. The hotel grounds were well maintained. The beaches were fine. I was so lucky to view the Northern Lights in this magical location.

Breakfast included a really really good selection, with delicious options. Dinner under the midnight sun hanging over the mountain edge proved to be a special experience. I definitely enjoyed the culinary offerings there.

The staff provided crampons that allowed secure walking on icy areas, a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay. Reception offered complimentary coffee and water, cute environment. The team also gave helpful recommendations for local tours.

The location had amazing views. i saw lovely views around the hotel. I even witnessed a beautiful northern lights display. the accommodation was spotlessly clean. That was a plus.
the service staff at reception were not pleasant. a particular guy in specs gave a sarcastic reply when i asked for toilet paper. he insisted there was a closet below the basin that kept spare rolls, but there was not any closet.

the breakfast had very good quality and choice. i needed an ice pack. the reception lady smartly provided ice cubes in a plastic bag. it was very smart thinking!
the gym was quite small for 3-4 guests, it becomes too tight. there wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom. i only had 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo.
