lovely stay
ample space friendly staff secure parking
my room, a standard queen room, offered ample space and cleanliness. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available! i appreciated the secure on-site parking, though i paid an extra fee. the location made it easy to reach town center attractions.
the room felt too warm, even with the radiator turned off, it wasn't comfortable! the bed was hard. the pillows were lumpy and hard. it.

malfunctioning safe inadequate soundproofing
The in-room safe malfunctioned. It just wouldn't open after i locked my valuables inside. Contacting maintenance took longer than expected too. Then, the soundproofing seemed inadequate. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, so sleep quality suffered.

adequate stay with some issues
cramped room insufficient lighting
The room i occupied felt somewhat cramped. there was a noticeable lack of space around the bed. furthermore, the lighting was insufficient. I found it quite difficult to read comfortably at night. these issues detracted from what could have been a more relaxing stay.

i appreciated the hotel's design. it felt very comfortable. its location was also good. the breakfast was excellent.
the room was also really hot. i had to have a fan on all the time. the window had to be open. it still felt stuffy in there.
