The in-room safe malfunctioned. It just wouldn't open after i locked my valuables inside. Contacting maintenance took longer than expected too. Then, the soundproofing seemed inadequate. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, so sleep quality suffered.

The room i occupied felt somewhat cramped. there was a noticeable lack of space around the bed. furthermore, the lighting was insufficient. I found it quite difficult to read comfortably at night. these issues detracted from what could have been a more relaxing stay.
