underwhelming stay

impersonal experiencepoor shower
I found the service was not good. i expected a warmer, more personal experience, but it felt very impersonal. the shower in the room was also not good. The water pressure was low, and the temperature was hard to adjust. this made it difficult to have a comfortable shower.
