the reception staff gave a good welcome. the room and products were good (i especially liked the shower gel). all the staff were polite and friendly.
i found this is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it might not fully meet that standard now. the food was sometimes not the best. vegetables were overcooked, cold, and too salty.
