The front desk staff was acceptable. They offered basic assistance when requested.
the provided towels were insufficient. only one floor towel was available, it became soaked very quickly after a shower. walking on the wet floor became uncomfortable, and requesting additional towels proved difficult due to limited availability.

the location was close to the arts & centre museum and saler shopping centre. the staff provided assistance with taxis and stored luggage safely after checkout, which i found very convenient.
the photos gave an impression of a luxurious place though i found the hotel to be quite basic. i was woken up a couple of times during the night by noise from the hallway, and the room was oversprayed with air freshener.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The staff are friendly and helpful I found them always available and ready to assist with any questions. My room was modern and clean it provided a comfortable space with all necessary amenities. Buses stop right outside the hotel this makes accessing both the city center and the beach very easy. I was able to quickly reach the science center and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Arts and Science Museum and the Saler shopping center I walked easily to various attractions. Public transport options are readily available this connects the hotel to the city center and other areas.

The staff provided excellent service I found them accommodating with requests for taxis and luggage storage after checkout. Communication was efficient they responded promptly to all my inquiries before my arrival. I appreciated their attentiveness .
