the location was certainly convenient for wembley stadium. the room was clean, which i always appreciate (and noticed immediately).

the hallway had a noticeable smoke odor. the wifi was not working inside my room. (i tried to fix it myself but it was impossible)

the check-in was a mess. the room wasn't ready at the promised time. i had to wait nearly two hours in the lobby. missed my reservation and had to get ready in the lobby, the staff didn't seem to care much.

the building was clean and quiet. the room was like a mini apartment and spotlessly clean. the outside space on the roof was a great added bonus! check in was really easy and the ladies on reception were helpful.

I appreciate it was a busy day, but the check in process took a ridiculous amount of time. There were five people in front of me! i waited for at least half an hour, if not more. the instructions on where to park were also poor.

there are many cafe options nearby. the hotel has a coffee area. it seemed pretty much out of stock! the nearest restaurant is a short walk.
