unprepared roommissing cups

i found housekeeping to be quite subpar . upon arrival, my art room beautiful king was not yet prepared for check-in. additionally, the bathroom seemed as if it was still undergoing cleaning. the absence of coffee cups was another oversight i noticed.

the hotel room felt really spacious, even with all our luggage. i was charmed by the electronic controls for everything. the blackout curtains were very effective and ensured a good night's sleep. i loved that i could cast to the tv easily.

i Didn't appreciate the minibar not opening even after a deposit. it was a small inconvenience, but somewhat frustrating .

the king-size bed felt luxurious and the room had a modern, artsy vibe. i noted large windows, that provided a fantastic view. the bathroom included high-end toiletries and a rainfall shower, which i did LOVE.

i saw that the breakfast buffet presented lots of options, from continental fare to cooked breakfasts. the rooftop bar provides a gorgeous view, and it is open til late. the coffee was strong and flavorful, a real pick-me-up.

the staff felt always ready to help, and requests are handled efficiently. check-in went fast, and the personnel was friendly. i observed that the cleaning staff keeps everything super clean and tidy, which i admired.

locked minibarbathroom hairs

the minibar, i asked four times for it to be opened cause i paid a deposit. they didn't managed to do it until the last day, it was a shame. the room was very hot. every time i came back to the room the air conditioning was set to 22 and i had to lower it to make it comfortable for sleeping. i saw hairs in the bathroom, in the bath and under the sink. i think this is the worst part and it gives me the feeling that it is not clean.

The gym had modern equipment! I found three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The room wasn't cleaned until 4pm one day.
