short walk convenient cafe close restaurants
the location was near Aldgate East station! it was a short walk. the cafe downstairs was very convenient. many restaurants were very close by.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear noises sometimes.

large bathroom useful dryer quiet hotel
the studio was spacious and clean i appreciated the large bathroom with plenty of shelves having a washer and dryer in the room was very useful it made laundry convenient i also liked that the hotel was quiet
i noticed some slight wear on the furniture in the studio

adequate but flawed stay
clogged shower drain lumpy mattress
i was pretty disappointed with a few things . the shower drain was clogged, water leaked all over the bathroom floor every time i showered. i told the concierge, but they didn't fix it. also, there was this strange noise from the ventilation system all night, even with the ac off. the mattress felt lumpy, so combined with the noise, i didn't sleep well.

charmed by my stay!
superb gym short walk
I found a superb gym, complete with free weights. i also loved the proximity to grocery stores. They were just a short walk away. these amenities elevated my stay. the nearby tube stations also made traveling easy!!!
my only real snag was the in-house entertainment system. it needs a big upgrade, especially the tv and wifi. i had trouble connecting to netflix. it was frustrating, but i managed to watch youtube after all!!!

Fantastic Stay Near Aldgate East!
convenient location great kitchenette helpful staff
The location is convenient. Aldgate East underground station is a very short walk. The kitchenette is great. I appreciated having it. The staff were helpful and allowed me to view a couple of rooms before I selected the perfect one for my stay.
The pre-check-in quoted one price, but it was different upon arrival.

The hotel offers luggage storage. It is free . I saw a coffee shop on the premises. This adds convenience for a quick caffeine fix or a light snack during the day.

Staff were friendly and efficient. They assisted me with directions to nearby attractions. The staff also promptly addressed my inquiries and requests, I was very thankful!!!

The room decor felt bright and modern. The space included soft bed linen. I also had excellent Wi-Fi access in the room, something I really needed.

The hotel provides easy access to Aldgate East underground station. Several bus stops are also nearby. This made exploring the city very easy for me.

great location local transport cold room high thermostat
The location was great for transport. The vibe was good and extras like the gym were available.
The room was too cold all the time, despite setting the thermostat high. It was difficult to get the temperature right. I feel let down by this issue.
