the location was perfect, especially because it was near the park! the abbey view from my room was lovely. the staff asked about my breakfast preferences, which i thought was really nice. the black pudding for breakfast was AMAZING!!!

the hotel is near the train station, a short walk away. the location is right next to the park, convenient for morning strolls. it was easy to access different areas of the town from there. parking was also attached to the hotel grounds!

The location offered very easy access to the town. The cycle route located just behind goes directly to Scarborough. Breakfast was especially delicious . I appreciated the hospitality of the staff.
The dining room did not permit pets. I was not allowed to use the garden for the dog, so I had to walk along the street and find a grass verge for her.
