the location is convenient because it is just next to a shopping center. i found it easy to travel from the hotel to changi airport by train. my daughter liked the hotel too. it's great that the staff was so helpful and the services were really good.

this hotel is near Changi city point which is an outlet shopping center. i found many eateries there. dandelion's coffee was really good. it was perfect for my need to be near the airport the location was very convenient.

i sent an email request but i didn't get any response. i even sent a follow-up email after three days. i wish they had responded to my inquiry
