the staff was very helpful and it was easy to find someone. the location is great near everything. i found parking easily in the car park.

the room was quite warm but a fan was available and worked well.

the room was clean and spacious, that was acceptable.

i was not happy when woken at 7am to children screaming next door. the cold tap in the bathroom did not work either. i also paid for a coffee machine and it was broken.

the location was central! it made exploring easy. the staff were friendly, always ready to help. the architecture was excellent, a lovely building to explore.

The room got very warm, even with the fan. It was uncomfortable. the breakfast selection was limited. the noise from outside was noticeable, especially at night.
