the hotel provided very helpful desk personnel since i speak no spanish. breakfast was good with fresh options. i really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood location.
My room was quite small. It barely had space for my luggage.

I enjoyed the comfortable beds. The shower and bathroom area were great. I found fine internal patios and courtyards perfect for relaxation. The location is quiet yet walkable to many tourist spots!

the hotel staff was very helpful. i found a nice, relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. the decor was lovely.
the air conditioning in the room did not work for both nights. the hotel tried to fix this, but it was not successful. i did not get much sleep each night.

The staff offered helpful sightseeing tips. the building featured pretty courtyards and relaxing seating areas. i particularly enjoyed my modern, clean room with a balcony. It overlooked the inner courtyard. geranium flower boxes added a charming touch.

The hotel has a helpful front desk. They provided site tickets. I found pleasant courtyards with fountains. The hotel is very close to the action.
My room was cold. The heating did not seem to work properly. The shower pressure was lacking. The shower head was obviously caked in calcification, resulting in poor and uneven flow.
