a tender moment, a lovely stay

Holly at reception was so helpful. She really took care of all my needs with great warmth. the family room offered ample space, perfect for spreading out and feeling at ease. the bar provided a relaxing atmosphere to watch sports, it seemed like a little escape after a long day. there was convenient, plentiful parking. I didn't worry about my car at all.
the gym only had a limited amount of equipment.

the hotel offers excellent proximity to local attractions, with easy access to nearby points of interest. it also has abundant parking spaces for those who decide to drive. this convenience allows for stress-free exploration of the surrounding area.

huge roomdouble bedfriendly staff
the room was huge with a double bed and a sofa bed. the food was gorgeous and inexpensive, i thought. the staff in the bar were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful!!! they are really a credit to the hotel.

Acceptable stay with some issues
stained carpetcold room
The room showed wear. The carpet was stained, and the wooden bed frame had paint chips (it needed updating). There were also empty drink cans on the balcony, which i found unacceptable. The receptionist stated that SOME guests liked the room cold, after i addressed no heating was on. I find this unacceptable.
