excellent stay, wonderful staff
quiet roomfriendly staffdelicious breakfastcomfortable stay
the location worked perfectly. the rooms were quiet despite taksim being nearby. the staff was friendly and professional. the restaurant offered food with a great view.. breakfast options were also delicious. i especially enjoyed relaxing in the hammam after sightseeing all day. the staff, especially kaan, was genuinely concerned for my comfort.
the electricity failed temporarily, and wi-fi was unavailable for a short period.

the hotel sits close to istiklal street but remains in a quiet area. access to taksim metro station is only a short walk, approximately five minutes. istiklal offers many shops and restaurants nearby.

rooftop bargreat bedsmall roomlanguage barrier
the rooftop bar offered amazing views. the bed was great and i slept very well. the bathroom was also superb!!! i liked the welcome and advice i received.
the rooms are quite small i kept my shopping from the bazaar under the desk. the cleaners mistakenly threw out some of my shopping. it was an effort relaying this information to the staff due to language barrier. i was quite upset as i had found priceless earrings.
