broken steam roomhot food delay
i was quite frustrated with a couple of aspects. the promised steam room and hot tub were out of service , definitely impacting the spa experience (i had been looking forward to relaxing). also, during breakfast, there was a noticeable delay as no hot food was available for about fifteen minutes at peak time. this delay wasn't ideal and certainly affected the overall quality of the meal, delayed breakfast

The hotel had delicious food in the main restaurant. I liked the buffet breakfast that catered to different preferences. The gardens are beautifully designed and maintained, they created calmness.
There was frosted glass on the toilet door instead of a solid door.
