The breakfast offered a lot of choice. The cottage rooms were comfortable. I appreciated the bath and shower in my room. The location was suitable for my plans.
The sheets in my room were very thin. The main hotel was too hot. I found the staff were not always bothered about issues raised. I did not find that ideal.

Excellent Stay in a Good Setting

the setting for morning coffee was particularly beautiful. lavender cottage had a great layout and a well equipped kitchen. the bed was very comfy , and the deal included dinner, bed, and breakfast. the setting added to a fabulous stay.
the walk to the cottage room was a distance from the parking , also up a flight of stairs and no assistance was offered despite our age.

the hotel is set in lovely surroundings and is quite central. it is tucked away from the road down a long drive. the grounds include a golf course and a duck pond.

the breakfast offered plenty of choice with both hot and buffet options. the cooked breakfast was consistently hot. fresh breakfast was first class in the mulberry restaurant. sausages were especially flavoursome.

the cottage rooms provided everything needed for a great stay , including tea , coffee , water , and biscuits. the beds were very comfortable. the bathroom included both a bath and an excellent shower. the room was spacious and super clean.

the facilities were really clean and of a high quality. parking was plentiful. there is a relaxation area, fluffy robes, a jacuzzi, steam and sauna , followed by a rain shower.

dual viewabundant wildlifeleisure access
The room had a dual aspect view facing the golf course and offered lots of space. i appreciated the plentiful wildlife visible directly from the grounds. Gates, owls and partridges were abundant. access to the wellness centre, golf pavilion, and searles leisure resort was a definite plus.
the cottage suite rooms require some refreshing of decoration particularly the bathrooms felt slightly dated.

The location is ideal with many attractions nearby. A bird reserve, sandringham house, and various beaches are all easily accessible. the hotel is also a short walk to the beach, which provides a convenient option who want to enjoy the seaside.

the staff were efficient, smart, and pleasant. there were numerous dining areas to choose from and the food was consistently well cooked, fresh, and tasty. i found the service to be quick and the staff provided a good selection of options.
