the staff was helpful during check-in. the location is near st mark's square. it made travel very easy. the room was really good!
The walls were thin. I could hear conversations next door. the furnishings seemed a bit dated, too. i'm glad i brought earplugs! and the room was rather noisy.

poor decorationmosquito problem
the bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower didn't drain properly and it was difficult to use. i also found several mosquitoes in the room which was quite unpleasant. overall the condition of the room detracted from the experience.

perfect locationgreat servicesmall room
i appreciated the perfect location overlooking the canal. the staff's great service included help with ferries and a personal escort to the room. i enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel (especially if you like canal views).
the room i had was very small. it was difficult to move past the bed to reach the bathroom. i also experienced noise at night from boats and people outside.

breakfast was delivered directly to the room each morning, a very convenient service. i enjoyed the breakfast while looking out to the canal (i found the view very calming). the breakfast service ran smoothly.
