the room's porsche zagato theme had cool details. the hotel also had its own merch store, a unique touch (i even got a t-shirt). breakfast on the terrace overlooking the canal was special. friendly staff greeted us upon arrival by boat.

Lighting in the room could be improved. It felt dim at times.

Breakfast had fresh options, served on a lovely platform next to the canal, the view included the rialto bridge. This. i cannot think of a better way to start the day than with a cappuccino by the canal.

the stylish room we stayed in was spacious. it was great. the room was clean and nicely decorated. every little detail was considered in the design.

it is located in one of the oldest palaces right on the grand canal. time and effort were spent styling the rooms to perfection. this location is amazing.

the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the staff went out of their way to. everything was smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. the service was perfect.
