The location was AMAZING! it was super central and close to tons of shops, restaurants, and cool attractions. the room had a good size, it worked well for two people. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that.
The carpet in our room looked a bit tattered. the furniture needed some love like a fresh coat of paint. the two single beds pushed together to make a bigger bed felt uneven. One side was softer than the other. it was a bit of a letdown.

the location proved convenient. The main shopping street was very close. A metro station was also nearby (this helped a lot). The staff was genuinely helpful. They promptly stored my luggage for a few days until I returned from another trip. The room featured modern decor. It felt spacious, providing ample room for two people.
I found a small amount of dust on some of the higher shelves. It was not a big deal, but noticeable.

the location was acceptable, i suppose.
The room boasted air conditioning, but it was switched off. I kept the windows open, so it got loud because of the noise outside.

The room itself felt a bit tired. the carpet seemed quite worn and could use replacing. also the mini-fridge didn't seem to keep things very cold. I wanted to chill some drinks, but they barely got cooler.

The staff was genuinely helpful. I got an early check-in! communication before my arrival was excellent. i even received a lovely surprise, they gave me a cake for my birthday. It was a really nice touch.
I found the room a little too warm. It felt stuffy, even though it was quite cold outside.

the location was excellent for exploring. it was close to many attractions and public transport.. this made it easy to get around. the room was spacious and included tea and coffee facilities.
the wifi connection was unreliable. i had difficulty staying connected . the room felt quite warm at night, even with the window open, and street noise was noticeable.
