The staff were cute. The rooms are cleaned every day. The pool towels ARE available daily. There are activities in the day. There are activities in the evening for people who want to get involved.

The complex appears dated. It was built in the 90s. It had little obvious remodeling since. The rooms stand out against the tired hallways. Breakfast was VERY poor. Pastries weren't really pastry, but a brioche-type bread shaped as mini croissants.

The pool bar staff were kind. They shared many laughs with us throughout the holiday. The new sun-lounger cushions were an AMAZING touch this year, they were so comfortable.

The gym was a bit rubbish. But for the amount of people WHO actually use it, I suppose it does the job.

the staff at reception are helpful. i asked for extra bed for my child. a staff member brought it quickly. i liked breakfast, it had many option. omelettes are freshly made and tasty. the pool area are kept clean, i liked to spend time there. there are games for everyone.

the location was good, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and that part was acceptable.

The hotel felt outdated. It needs refurbishment. the lobby became the entertainment area each night. It was chaotic. my room was small, especially with extra beds, and someone at reception flippantly said, "you get what you pay for. ".

subpar housekeepingunfilled tea

The housekeeping service was subpar (i can't understand how a hotel with such good reviews has this issue). The room was often not cleaned despite the request. When they did clean, they essentially only mopped the floor and replaced towels. Sometimes they added soap and shampoo, BUT they never refilled the tea or coffee in the room and did not provide clean cups or glasses.
