The hotel boasts three pools and a long beach with ample loungers. Pool towels are large. The hotel quickly and efficiently responded to queries. The Palace benefits offered daily laundry and a cocktail hour. Plenty of water was provided in the room each day.

The grounds were excellent. The landscaping was well maintained and offered a tranquil environment.
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool (it barely worked, even after maintenance tried to fix it). the lack of hot water made showering unpleasant, almost cold some days. the bed was also too firm. It seemed like sleeping on concrete.

the staff were lovely and always wanting to help, showing their desire to assist guests.
i booked a package that included breakfast and either lunch or dinner, but my dietary needs were not properly accommodated. i had informed the hotel in advance about my gluten-free and vegan requirements, but they struggled to provide suitable options. it was frustrating as i ended up having to order food from outside the resort most of the time.

the housekeeping service was below standard. the baby cot had stain marks all over it. replacing the cot took too much time. the bottle steriliser was not clean either.

The grounds were extensive and well maintained.
The elevator was broken for several days and my room was on the fifth floor. Using the stairs was the only option. Breakfast was chaotic. Staff struggled to keep up with demand. The food quality at breakfast was poor. The sausages tasted cheap.
