The staff were friendly and helpful at all times! i especially appreciate the attentiveness from the lounge team, including bagus, oka, bintang, subaru, nisa. desi was also great. the food selection at breakfast was excellent. There was so much variety!
it was sometimes hard to find an available sunbed by the pool in the afternoon.

The team provided really good assistance with every request, from check-in to restaurant recommendations. their proactive approach and genuine smiles created a cute and nice experience. They certainly know how to treat their guests so well.

The hotel features several pools, including one with a super slide my kid really loved, as well as direct access to a nice beach. breakfast offered a massive buffet with diverse options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. It was quite excellent.

the executive ocean view suite was spacious. it was equipped with a sofa bed. the views from the top floor of the cliff tower were panoramic. i especially appreciate assistance from windarti and iwan at the front desk. buggie services were efficient, particularly useful during rainy days.
The pool area was very crowded, especially after 9 am. many guests reserved sunbeds with towels early, but they did not use them until later. some guests were left sitting on the grass. Not enough chairs were available.

i found the staff at the nusa dua lounge friendly and helpful. cyntia, bintang, anisa and kevin provided perfect service. the team were always attentive and quick to respond to any requests, it created a cute environment.

the executive lounge staff (subrati, karlsma, ribi, and bintang) were very cute. their service was fast and detailed attention was evident. i found the independence day games to be fun for children. half board included breakfast and dinner.
the room had a noticeable sewage smell outside the door and when water was used. it was somewhat persistent, despite attempts to resolve it.

I faced some difficulties with my credit card during check-in. The staff struggled to print the receipt after blocking the room charge and incidental fees. Then, they wanted to charge my card AGAIN for another night. I refused, and they seemed unhappy about it. there was a cockroach in my room. I called room service to remove it. I prefer they wipe the tables better as I saw coffee stains, maybe that is why the cockroach was there.

the staff was friendly from arrival i got an upgrade to an ocean view suite for my anniversary this included a delicious anniversary cake the breakfast buffet offered diverse foods including local indonesian american and european options the executive lounge had a daily happy hour with great snacks and unlimited drinks also there were tasty cocktails available on the menu
the only drawback was the absence of an exclusive area specifically designated for adults nonetheless the facility is highly accommodating and ideally suited for families with children
