i appreciated the size of my room and its closeness to both the pool and restaurant. the room service was prompt and accurate. all the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with any request. the breakfast buffet provided a huge range of choices with options to order eggs cooked to my liking.
the shower in my room was not working correctly. the hotel grounds are large and sprawling, it was confusing to navigate, and the layout felt dated. it was cheaper than the andaz next door, but not significantly enough to justify the drawbacks.

The grounds are really good and rooms have a top class finish. all staff were amazing and attentive. breakfast was excellent with many dishes. The variety was really good! the gardens are beautiful and create a sense of peace.

The breakfast buffet featured many cuisines, from korean to indian. I also enjoyed western and balinese options. staff ensured food was topped up quickly, so items didn't run out. crispy bacon was a treat, and there was a large selection of fresh fruit too.

The architecture reflects Balinese culture. The staff were kind and very attentive. Their hospitality was especially noticeable. The team is the hotel's greatest asset. We felt welcome and cared for .
The hotel showed its age in some areas. Some minor refresh is needed.

The breakfast offered a great selection of food (local and international). There were two restaurants on site. more options shared with the Andaz hotel, a lot of dining flexibility for every guest.
