I found the staff to be cute and friendly. the hotel boasts a great central location. I thought the room was good and the bed comfortable.

the room felt really hot so i used the fan during the night. lights from outside shone through the windows, i had day light even with the curtains closed.

The wedding planning and organisation were excellent. Any concerns about room setup were quickly resolved. All the staff, including reception, bar staff, waiters, chefs, the night porter, and cleaners, were polite AND professional. They showed great work ethic. James and Louise deserve special mention for their management and attention to our requirements. We had a wonderful time at my daughter's wedding reception (the food was delicious!).
