dated bathroomrestaurant service
the bathroom seemed quite dated and rather SMALL. i also tried to have dinner at the restaurant one evening, it proved impossible. the staff looked panicked though the dining room was nearly EMPTY. ultimately, i could not get any service so i LEFT.

The location was good. It was pretty central.
My room wasn't cleaned . the breakfast service felt disorganized. It seemed staff struggled to manage seating and orders. also, the parking situation was a mess. I was told there were no spaces, but i saw several empty spots later that night.

Location provided a fine view from the seaview room. The room was well maintained and presented. A good shower and quality towels were available. The lift was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was generous with a high quality choice of cereals and pastries. The cooked breakfast was excellent with options like eggs Royale. Dining room service seemed very friendly. All the staff were polite and approachable, nothing was like too much to ask.

The breakfast room overlooked the sea, acceptable.
The cleanliness was not what I expected. The black carpet from reception to the second floor had leaves and debris. The bathroom window was filthy. It had a broken blind covered in mold. The shower drain plug was also filthy. I found this unacceptable.

mixed feelings at the hotel

the location was quite good, near shops. our room had a sea view.
parking was a real problem. the person i spoke with on the phone was quite rude. he asked me to 'listen carefully' because of the bad line. the bar was not manned on two occasions when i tried to get a drink, it was unsuccessful once.
