Amazing Hotel Experience!
helpful staff great views convenient location quiet nights
I found the staff VERY helpful. They organized a day trip to the waterfalls and city center for a reasonable price. The breakfast on the terrace offered AMAZING mountain and sea views. I ate as much as I wanted. The location was convenient. I enjoyed a short walk to the beach and the center. I appreciated the quiet nights. I slept soundly.

the location was convenient. the staff arranged tours efficiently, it was helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection with a view. i found the air conditioning in my room worked very well. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

helpful staff amazing location comfortable room
Ibrahim and the staff were helpful. The location is AMAZING, with a solid safety rating especially valuable if you are a solo traveler. The bright room, equipped with AC, really helped offset the weather, it was WONDERFUL.
The wi-fi reception could have been BETTER.

The staff were pretty good too assist with directions and recommendations for local food spots , showing genuine care. Ibrahim's support with airport communication due to lost baggage was invaluable, resolving a stressful situation. The team REALLY shines here.
