Ibrahim and the staff were helpful. The location is AMAZING, with a solid safety rating especially valuable if you are a solo traveler. The bright room, equipped with AC, really helped offset the weather, it was WONDERFUL.
The wi-fi reception could have been BETTER.

The staff were great too assist with directions and recommendations for local food spots , showing genuine care. Ibrahim's support with airport communication due to lost baggage was invaluable, resolving a stressful situation. The team REALLY shines here.
