The service was super attentive. i got a welcome tray of treats and a handwritten note. This personal touch was amazing. all the staff were lovely and showed me to my room. They gave a run through of all the facilities. valet parking was efficient because there is only a tiny pull up for exiting the car.
the room was tiny and difficult to move around in. there was no clear information about the room functions. i struggled with the many switches for lights and the floor heating. a simple guide would definitely help!
