mixed experience

delicious bistro foodpipe noisecomplicated system
the bistro food was delicious after check in.
the noise of the pipes was bad at night, and it didn't allow for quiet rest i'd expected. the check in system seem complicated to me, and the deposit of £150 i weren't expecting. the shower was good, but i prefer a quiet room.

Acceptable, but with noticeable issues

plenty of parkingcomplicated processwater leak
The grounds were nice and there seemed to be plenty of parking.
I had to create a 'portal' after paying, because the hotel is often unmanned. I found this unnecessary. Water was pouring through the bedroom ceiling. Staff offered me a bucket.
