Excellent Stay in the City Center

I found the hotel to be very clean. The friendly staff at the 24-hour front desk surprised my friend with a brownie for her birthday. Our room was larger and more comfortable than I anticipated. It was also a short walk from the bus station, which I found very convenient.
The breakfast options seemed somewhat limited for my taste.

The room featured many electrical outlets. This made charging multiple devices easy and convenient. It included comfortable beds that helped ensure restful sleep after long days. the rooms were a great value.

The subway station is only three minutes away from the hotel. I found the direct subway line to and from the airport very convenient. the reception desk is operational 24/7, made late check-ins or early departures manageable.

The hotel is near the Alameda Principal with many good restaurants nearby. It is also a short walk to the historic centre. This location gave me easy access to explore several attractions. I booked a place in advance.

the location was acceptable, it is close to the train station to the airport.
The thermostat did not regulate temperature correctly. It only blew hot or cold air. there was no blanket on the bed, only a sheet was provided. the bed was flimsy and felt as if it would collapse at any moment.

I really liked the comfy beds. the room was super clean and spacious, a real treat! the metro was so close, getting around was easy. the breakfast had amazing donuts, i grabbed one every day. the location was totally fabulous. i found body lotion too. That was a nice bonus. and the staff? super smiley!

the room featured a fridge, which i found convenient. the bathroom seemed nice! with its good shower, it was super clean. the location was advantageous, close to the train station for easy airport access.
the room felt stuffy, even with the fan on, it was december. the kettle had to be placed on the floor for plugging in! and there were only small paper cups. i noticed water sounds running down the walls at intervals during the night.

the room was small, and the air conditioning didn't work well. i asked for it to be fixed, but it was never resolved. also, the breakfast was repetitive. it offered the same limited options every morning. it's a shame there wasn't more variety!

I was thankful for the train station near the hotel. Alameda station is close. I like the room, it had everything i need. Breakfast was good with several options. The staff was professional and nice.
