train stationfaulty thermostatflimsy bed
the location was acceptable, it is close to the train station to the airport.
The thermostat did not regulate temperature correctly. It only blew hot or cold air. there was no blanket on the bed, only a sheet was provided. the bed was flimsy and felt as if it would collapse at any moment.

I really liked the comfy beds. the room was super clean and spacious, a real treat! the metro was so close, getting around was easy. the breakfast had amazing donuts, i grabbed one every day. the location was totally fabulous. i found body lotion too. That was a nice bonus. and the staff? super smiley!

the room featured a fridge, which i found convenient. the bathroom seemed nice! with its good shower, it was super clean. the location was advantageous, close to the train station for easy airport access.
the room felt stuffy, even with the fan on, it was december. the kettle had to be placed on the floor for plugging in! and there were only small paper cups. i noticed water sounds running down the walls at intervals during the night.

the room was small, and the air conditioning didn't work well. i asked for it to be fixed, but it was never resolved. also, the breakfast was repetitive. it offered the same limited options every morning. it's a shame there wasn't more variety!

A fantastic stay!
central locationfriendly staff
I was thankful for the train station near the hotel. Alameda station is close. I like the room, it had everything i need. Breakfast was good with several options. The staff was professional and nice.
