Acceptable, but Underwhelming Stay
small room poor insulation
The room I booked seemed quite smaller than advertised. It barely fit my luggage. the sound insulation left much to be desired. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, distracting, and the antiquated AC barely cooled anything.

Central Location and Excellent Staff!

The central location made sightseeing easy. The staff at the front desk was helpful with directions. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a treat with great food and views (especially the bacon!).
The room size was a bit smaller than expected, it was still manageable for a few nights, though.

The room was very clean, it included a comfortable bed and a well-kept bathroom. The provided amenities ensured a very comfortable stay. The setup allowed for a relaxing experience.

The hotel featured a rooftop terrace, it provides great panoramic views and a relaxing atmosphere . There was a luggage storage service available, it allowed guests to store bags before check-in. A business center was also accessible.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, they provided directions. The front desk offered prompt assistance with any inquiries. I found the concierge service very helpful for planning excursions. Everyone was polite and professional.

The rooftop restaurant offered a diverse menu. Breakfast included many options, from pastries to hot dishes. The terrace provided amazing city views, it enhanced the dining experience. The dining area was always kept very clean and tidy.

uncontrollable air conditioning forced tip
The air conditioning it was not controllable within the room i had. i has to call reception so they would adjust it, up and down. I had a bad night because of this reason. furthermore, at check out, when i went to paid, the receptionist put the card terminal so i can include a tip of 10, 15 or 25 percent of the price. i asked what was that and he said that now this city is the same like united states of america and it is added a tip. it is very bad and a real shame.

the location is near many restaurants and a metro station. i found the lobby facilities good. the breakfast on the rooftop had views.

the staff was very kind and helpful i found the location to be quite convenient the breakfast provided a great selection and the dining area had a really nice view
the hotel is located in a busy area some noise still gets through i also noticed building work nearby there was some loud drilling while i was there it went on for hours

metro station friendly staff marble bathroom
the metro station was close. the staff in the breakfast area were friendly. my room included a large bed and a marble bathroom.
the smaller flush button for the toilet did not worked.
