a lovely, comfortable place

my room included a little fridge, i found complimentary soft drinks inside. the host also provided fresh milk for teas and coffees. breakfast included fresh strawberries, yoghurt, and toasted croissants, it was delicious. plenty of parking was available.
there were some cobwebs in the bathroom, though this was a very minor thing.

the room had a stylish balcony! it came complete with chairs and a table. the setting was so peaceful on the large grounds. breakfast included loads of fresh fruit and yummy croissants.
the room was a bit warm because the sun was on it all day! a fan helped me sleep though.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

I noticed a distinct cigarette smell in the bathroom upon arrival. I suspect it lingered in the floor mat. the room lacked proper soundproofing. New guests arrived late and were quite loud until early morning. The bed was also a bit too small for us. We are both quite tall.

I found the large garden quite good. My room featured a very nice balcony with chairs and a table. The provided breakfast included fresh fruit and warm croissants. I appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the fridge.
I noticed some slight wear on the carpet in certain areas.
