our room felt quite cramped. the combination of old artifacts and a portable shower seemed bizarre. accessing the hotel required navigating several steps of staircases.

Annette at reception offered invaluable assistance. She provided excellent tips for local exploration. The room had a great shower, it offered consistent temperature and pressure. A generous array of food and drinks were available daily, which worked really well for travelling with children. the location was central. It allowed easy walking access to several key sights. The room remained quiet due to double glazing, so it was still relaxing.
