excellent location warm welcome helpful staff difficult parking long wait inadequate breakfast
The location is fantastic. i could easily walk to everything. the hotel is also right across from the eurostar terminal (very convenient!). the staff was lovely and helpful. They gave me a warm welcome.
the parking was difficult. it took me 50 minutes from the bridge to get parked. waiting at the reception also took 30 minutes (that was not ideal). i found the breakfast wasn't really what you would expect from a hotel of this level.

The bathroom had modern amenities and was very clean. Breakfast had good options. The location was convenient. The railway station was only a 5-minute walk.
The receptionist counted a huge amount of cash while I waited. I was told to wait for an hour for a table in the brasserie. There was no remote control for the TV in the room.

comfortable bed quiet room slow shipping missing items
the room provided evian water beside the bed, a thoughtful touch. the bed was very comfortable, allowing a quiet and restful sleep (i really needed that).
i left some makeup, valued at 300 euros, in the room. retrieving it proved difficult as i called for three days to get a shipping link. the shipping wasn't fast, despite paying extra.

warm welcome flawless service knowledgeable sommelier
My partner and i stayed for our anniversary and the reception offered us a very warm welcome. the service was flawless throughout our stay. melad was knowledgeable about the wine list. His recommendations. lucas expertly explained the cheese selection and even paired each cheese with perfect jam.

warm staff super clean hotel convenient location
the staff were warm. they ensured i had everything i needed. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel is near the eurostar terminal and a walk from the historic centre. the location proved to be very convenient for my travel plans.
i noticed the gym equipment could use a bit more maintenance, it did not affect my stay though.

wonderful pet-friendly stay!
staff friendliness pet-friendly service convenient location
The staff showed such warmth and friendliness. i especially liked that the hotel is very pet-friendly. My pet received bowls, treats, and even a big bed. the location near the shopping mall and main attractions was also convenient. the proximity enhanced my stay significantly.
The check-in process was a bit delayed. I had to wait to get my room ready. the anticipation affected my initial impression.
