the room provided evian water beside the bed, a thoughtful touch. the bed was very comfortable, allowing a quiet and restful sleep (i really needed that).
i left some makeup, valued at 300 euros, in the room. retrieving it proved difficult as i called for three days to get a shipping link. the shipping wasn't fast, despite paying extra.

My partner and i stayed for our anniversary and the reception offered us a very warm welcome. the service was flawless throughout our stay. melad was knowledgeable about the wine list. His recommendations. lucas expertly explained the cheese selection and even paired each cheese with perfect jam.

the staff were warm. they ensured i had everything i needed. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel is near the eurostar terminal and a walk from the historic centre. the location proved to be very convenient for my travel plans.
i noticed the gym equipment could use a bit more maintenance, it did not affect my stay though.

The staff showed such warmth and friendliness. i especially liked that the hotel is very pet-friendly. My pet received bowls, treats, and even a big bed. the location near the shopping mall and main attractions was also convenient. the proximity enhanced my stay significantly.
The check-in process was a bit delayed. I had to wait to get my room ready. the anticipation affected my initial impression.
