EXCELLENT Stay!

I found the staff VERY helpful (especially Marcia!) when I had questions. The breakfast was quite good with various options, and the coffee was nice. The location is excellent, it's quite near the city center. The room was comfortable. It was a DECENT stay and the hotel was clean.

The double bed was rather small. I am not sure it even reached queen size.

Hotel parking was full, but a public pay car park existed not far from the hotel, and it provided SECURE parking. The hotel had a baby foot and a billiard.

The reception staff was lovely and printed new tickets when train arrangements changed (VERY handy!). Staff are warm, cute, and professional.

the location proved acceptable, offering convenient access to nearby amenities.

the room i was assigned was far from satisfactory. there was a distinct odor emanating from the bathroom, i find it barely tolerable. also, i noted insect presence throughout the room, the situation is unacceptable considering the cost.

The location was acceptable. It allowed me to reach the places i wanted.

The room felt quite small. there wasn't enough space for my luggage, and it was difficult to move around, especially after i bought some souvenirs. the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. It was warm, and the room never really cooled down, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
