queen-size bed useful microwave station proximity available staff
Our room was a queen-size bed suite sofa bed, spacious and accommodating. i appreciated the microwave. It proved useful for quick meals. the hotel's proximity to the station made travel simple, especially with luggage. the staff were always available, assisting with directions and local information.
The hallway carpet could use updating. It showed slight signs of wear.

The location proves convenient next to the station. i found the room surprisingly spacious. It had a large table and a sofa. check-in was easy, and the staff was very friendly to me.
the information concerning parking was not clear, and the assistance i got was pretty useless.

i observed the breakfast service had a good variety. it included both continental options and many hot cooked choices, a PLUS. kids could eat for free at breakfast which is a nice touch for families.

I found the staff helpful. They assisted with questions and requests efficiently. the location was convenient, right across from the train station, a real time-saver. the room included a microwave and a table, i found these amenities useful for quick meals.
The carpet felt a bit worn. A replacement would enhance the room's overall feel.

Super stay!
comfy beds amazing facilities
The room had REALLY comfy beds and pillows. Amazing facilities included a plush bathroom, soft towels, toiletries, a big living space with a dining area. basic eating facilities (microwave, coffee machine, and kettle). The location is amazing for the train station plus taking Eurostar since it is right behind the station. It's also a short walk to the main centre and a two minute walk to a large shopping complex (perfect for last-minute souvenirs!).
I noticed the front entrance area could use some tidying up. There were piles of cigarette butts and rubbish near the entrance, a detail the hotel should address soon.

The hotel featured a kids-friendly lobby area, perfect for families travelling with children, and it included convenient amenities like a shop where food and drinks can be purchased when needed. This shop is very handy, especially when guests do not want to go out for dinner after a long day.

I had breakfast and it was good (especially the gluten free bread provided to my daughter!). The price per adult made it a very affordable option for a family. The breakfast options were varied with continental and hot cooked options.
