The staff displayed kindness, always ready to assist with a smile. The room offered ample space, a welcome treat after a day of exploration. the location suited me well, with easy access to nearby attractions.

my room was not cleaned . the floor needed vacuuming. i informed the reception after returning to the room late afternoon and noticing it was not cleaned. they said they would tell "housekeeping".

the breakfast was good it had a decent variety of options. the location of the hotel was convenient to the downtown area and a nearby mall. secured parking spaces were available and useful.
the carpet had several stains it wasn't clean. there was no brush for the toilet in the bathroom. only one bath towel was provided per person there weren't additional hand towels.
