The location was convenient. It offered short walks to the seafront.
I found the service inconsistent. Some staff members were helpful, though others seemed indifferent. our request for additional towels was delayed by over an hour, this caused a significant inconvenience as we prepared for an event. also, the promised city view from my room was mostly obstructed by adjacent buildings.

The location is perfect. It is in the city center. i found parking nearby very convenient. a variety of restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. the room was clean and had good amenities (i especially liked the iron and board).
The beach club was not operational . I wish i had known in advance.

the staff were always smiling and eager to help. the concierge was helpful arranging a daybed for us (since the beach club was closed). i found them very attentive.

the hotel is located in the city center, close to many restaurants and the beach. the train station is a short walk. shopping and a convenience shop are also nearby. (it is in a very central spot!)

the location is very central. restaurants are just steps away from the hotel. rooms are well maintained and cleaning is very good.
i had lost my baggage claim ticket. the concierge was condescending about it. he gave me a dressing down as to why i shouldn't lose my ticket.
