tidy roomshort staffinadequate air conditioning
the room was clean and tidy.
the reception staff seemed quite short when i asked about the air conditioning , it wasn't as cold as i expected. they told me the aircon in march is the same as summer. i don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars.

The location was central. It was close to the port and the city center. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Two very friendly ladies served the breakfast area.
The cancellation happened without my knowledge. I had to rebook for a higher price. The hotel refused to honor the previous pricing. Nescafé bags in the rooms are not acceptable.

The room had bathrobes and slippers. sothys toiletries were gorgeous in the room (i especially liked the scent). the breakfast was excellent with many choices. I enjoyed cappuccinos by the pool.
